Jerome brings over 20 years of experience across audit, consulting, people development, and finance leadership. He began his career in finance, progressing through audit and senior finance roles before moving into management consulting with one of the Big Four firms, where he worked on organisational development, culture, and leadership initiatives. He later held senior finance and leadership roles across real estate, hospitality, advertising, and professional services, and has also co-owned and operated businesses in Singapore — giving him practical insight into the real pressures and decisions leaders face.
Jerome has coached and developed leaders across industries including creative agencies, professional services, F&B groups, and scaling SMEs. His work focuses on strengthening team communication, leadership effectiveness, and financial acumen, helping organisations build high-trust, high-performance cultures.
He also brings deep expertise in business value and owner transition planning. As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with the Exit Planning Institute (EPI), Jerome has advised business owners on planning for succession and business exit through a structured Value Acceleration process.
Jerome holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore). He is a certified practitioner in Emergenetics®, a globally recognised psychometric framework for improving communication and collaboration, and a Certified Resilience Coach with the Resilience Institute, equipping leaders with practical tools to perform sustainably under pressure.
